One of the best customer services I've ever received, very professional, the staff is so friendly, you're treated like family almost, not just another number on a credit card or dollar bill. They're very informative and the doctor and staffing take their time with you to make sure that you received the best care that is required for your visit. They will also make sure that you get the best value and deals for your money. So many designer frames to choose from and the ambience of the facility is breathtaking,clean and if you're like me and enjoy taking selfies it is the perfect backdrop for your selfies. Lol It's such a beautiful establishment I could not resist the chance of not getting a few selfies before I left. Lol Dr Alexander and her staff are awesome.

Dr. Pham was extremely patient and thorough with my eye exam, and Kim was also very helpful in getting the frames for my glasses set up appropriately. Not to mention the office itself is relaxing, and they have a great selection of glasses!

Great happy and professional staff(they great you with a smile). Sign in easy with laminated sheets and marking pen!( no iPad thank you!!). Parking is conveniently ample and Lens Crafters is right next door-another convenience!!! 😊

Walked in with a loose screw in my glasses and Elizabeth fixed it in about 10 minutes. Didn’t even charge me just asked for a review. Super helpful and friendly!

Great experience, I made a same day appointment and walked out with brand new glasses. Hard to find same day glasses in the woodlands!! Very friendly staff and doctor. Totally recommend this place.
