Entrusting my eye care to Lauren Alexander Optical, is to say the least, BEST choice I've ever made. One of the best customer services I've ever received, very professional, the staff is so friendly, you're treated like family almost, not just another number on a credit card or dollar bill. They're very informative and the doctor and staffing take their time with you to make sure that you received the best care that is required for your visit. They will also make sure that you get the best value and deals for your money. So many designer frames to choose from and the ambience of the facility is breathtaking,clean and if you're like me and enjoy taking selfies it is the perfect backdrop for your selfies. Lol It's such a beautiful establishment I could not resist the chance of not getting a few selfies before I left. Lol Dr Alexander and her staff are awesome.

I visited Lauren Alexander Optical in The Woodlands today, and I have nothing but great things to say. Dr. Pham was extremely patient and thorough with my eye exam, and Kim was also very helpful in getting the frames for my glasses set up appropriately. Not to mention the office itself is relaxing, and they have a great selection of glasses!

Great happy and professional staff(they great you with a smile). Sign in easy with laminated sheets and marking pen!( no iPad thank you!!). Parking is conveniently ample and Lens Crafters is right next door-another convenience!!! 😊

Walked in with a loose screw in my glasses and Elizabeth fixed it in about 10 minutes. Didn’t even charge me just asked for a review. Super helpful and friendly!

Because of her attention and professionalism, the consultation felt smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the level of care I received.

I absolutely loved my experience here. I was the last appointment yesterday, and Rokaya was the first to attend to me and get me all set up for Dr.Land to see me. Rokaya was sooooo pleasant, very sweet, held a great convo, made me feel so comfortable and most of all was extremelyyy patient with me and kept telling me to take my time (even though I knowwww they wanted to go home already, I was rushing myself because I felt bad, but she assured me to take my time). Dr.Land was also so kind, pleasant and jolly even if it was the end of the day. Maddie and Aliya were also there at closing and not once did they make me feel rushed, in fact they were trying to be so patient and helpful with me in my decision making and seeing how they can ensure giving me solutions. I drove an hour & 15 minutes from my office in the Galleria area just to come to this location and honestly I'm so glad I did. Thank you 4 ladies so much for taking care of me. Also, LOVED the cleanliness of this office. Not to mention the chic look.

I was there for my eyes check up and Dr Tawnya Pham took her time and explain to me everything , I’m very impressed . Also when I get my glasses Ms An and Ms Madeline go out of their way to help me , especially Ms Madeline she’s The Best . Patiently go through all my insurance to help me pick the best glasses. The care I have received from the entire staff has absolutely been amazing !! I had a unique experience with an employee Madeline that went above and beyond, my glasses didn’t get mailed out to me so when I called to check on them she offered to dropped them personally to my home on her way home from work. In this day and age there are not many people that will take time out of their lives to help others so this totally blew me away !! The best customer service I have ever received !!
